The service

The service lays out text you provide as a PDF and checks Arabic-script text for common problems. It does not write, translate or change your wording. You are responsible for the content you submit and for checking each PDF before you use it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to overload the service. You may upload a logo or font only if you have the right to use it. We may limit or refuse requests that break these terms.

Pro pass

The Pro pass is a one-off purchase that unlocks Pro features for 30 days from the date of payment. It does not renew. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is and may change, pause or end. We may change features, limits, prices and these terms; changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect a Pro pass already paid for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

Fonts

Bundled fonts are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Copies of the licences are linked in the footer.

الخدمة

تنسّق الخدمة النص الذي تقدمه في ملف PDF، وتفحص النصوص المكتوبة بالحرف العربي بحثا عن المشكلات الشائعة. لا تكتب نصك ولا تترجمه ولا تغيّر كلماته. أنت مسؤول عن المحتوى الذي ترسله وعن مراجعة كل ملف قبل استخدامه.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا تستخدم الخدمة لمحتوى مخالف للقانون أو للتعدي على حقوق الآخرين أو لإثقال الخدمة. لا ترفع شعارا أو خطا إلا إذا كان لك حق استخدامه. قد نحد من الطلبات المخالفة لهذه الشروط أو نرفضها.

باقة Pro

باقة Pro شراء لمرة واحدة يفتح مزايا Pro لمدة 30 يوما من تاريخ الدفع، ولا تتجدد تلقائيا. تتم عملية الطلب عبر الموزع Paddle.com، وهو البائع المسجل (Merchant of Record) لجميع طلباتنا، ويتولى خدمة العملاء المتعلقة بالدفع وطلبات الاسترداد.

التوفر والتغييرات

نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة متاحة، لكنها تُقدم كما هي وقد تتغير أو تتوقف مؤقتا أو تنتهي. قد نغيّر المزايا والحدود والأسعار وهذه الشروط، وتسري التغييرات من تاريخ نشرها ولا تؤثر على باقة Pro مدفوعة مسبقا.

المسؤولية

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الكاملة عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بالخدمة على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال 30 يوما قبل المطالبة.

الخطوط

الخطوط المرفقة مرخصة بموجب SIL Open Font License 1.1، ونسخ التراخيص مرتبطة في أسفل الصفحة.
