What this service does with your text
- Website. The PDF is made in memory and sent straight back to your browser. Your text and the PDF are not stored (unless you choose the Pro private link, below). Temporary files used during layout are deleted as soon as the PDF is made.
- Claude connector and ChatGPT plugin. To give you a download link, the finished PDF is stored on our server and deleted automatically 24 hours after it is made. The text you sent is not kept after the PDF is made.
- Pro pass. Logos and fonts you upload are used for that one document and deleted with the temporary files. If you tick "Keep a private link", that PDF is stored for 30 days so the link works, then deleted automatically.
- Check text. The text is checked in memory and not stored.
No AI, no ads, no tracking
The service does not send your text to any AI model. It does not show ads. It uses no analytics scripts and no tracking cookies. The site stores your Pro key in your own browser (local storage) so you do not have to paste it again.
Logs and counts
We do not write your text to logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (time, page requested, response code, IP address) for a limited period for security and abuse prevention. We keep daily counts of how many documents were made, without any content or identifiers.
Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive the transaction id, the product and the payment status. We do not see card details.
Service providers
Hosting: Fly.io. Payments: Paddle.com. No other third party receives your text.
Your rights
Write to support@rtlpdf.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. Because we do not keep your text, in most cases there is nothing to delete.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

ماذا نفعل بنصك
- الموقع. يُصنع ملف PDF في الذاكرة ويُرسل مباشرة إلى متصفحك. لا يُحفظ النص ولا الملف (إلا إذا اخترت الرابط الخاص في باقة Pro، أدناه). تُحذف الملفات المؤقتة فور صنع الملف.
- موصل Claude وإضافة ChatGPT. لنعطيك رابط تحميل، يُحفظ ملف PDF على خادمنا ويُحذف تلقائيا بعد 24 ساعة من صنعه. لا يُحتفظ بالنص المرسل بعد صنع الملف.
- باقة Pro. الشعارات والخطوط التي ترفعها تُستخدم لذلك المستند فقط وتُحذف مع الملفات المؤقتة. إذا اخترت "احتفظ برابط خاص"، يُحفظ ذلك الملف 30 يوما ليعمل الرابط ثم يُحذف تلقائيا.
- فحص النص. يُفحص النص في الذاكرة ولا يُحفظ.
لا ذكاء اصطناعي ولا إعلانات ولا تتبع
لا ترسل الخدمة نصك إلى أي نموذج ذكاء اصطناعي، ولا تعرض إعلانات، ولا تستخدم أدوات تحليل أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبع. يحفظ الموقع مفتاح باقة Pro في متصفحك فقط (التخزين المحلي) حتى لا تضطر إلى لصقه مرة أخرى.
السجلات والإحصاءات
لا نكتب نصك في السجلات. يحتفظ مزود الاستضافة بسجلات طلبات قياسية (الوقت، الصفحة المطلوبة، رمز الاستجابة، عنوان IP) لفترة محدودة لأغراض الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. نحتفظ بأعداد يومية للمستندات المصنوعة دون أي محتوى أو معرّفات.
الدفع
تتولى Paddle.com عمليات الدفع بصفتها البائع المسجل (Merchant of Record)، وتجمع بيانات الدفع والفوترة وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. نتلقى رقم العملية والمنتج وحالة الدفع فقط، ولا نرى بيانات البطاقة.
مزودو الخدمة
الاستضافة: Fly.io. الدفع: Paddle.com. لا يتلقى أي طرف ثالث آخر نصك.
حقوقك
راسلنا على support@rtlpdf.com لتسأل عما نحتفظ به عنك أو لطلب حذفه. لأننا لا نحتفظ بنصك، فغالبا لا يوجد ما يُحذف.
